1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by AutoScale Technologies LLC, a single-member limited liability company formed in Texas (TX) with a mailing address at 6621 Kingsbury Dr, Dallas, TX 75231. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Services
The company provides business process automation consulting and implementation services to commercial clients. Website content is informational and does not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Each engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement setting out scope, fees, timeline and deliverables.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are invoiced per the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue in United States dollars.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to the systems, data and personnel required to deliver the agreed services, and for holding valid licenses for any third-party software used in their environment.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company's aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
